Originally joined this gym on the back of a recommendation from a colleague who’d seen great results herself working with Justin. At first I just planned to build up a bit of strength and resilience to deal with a long-standing shoulder injury, but didn’t take long before I realised this was an opportunity for a proper physical and mindset transformation with Justin’s help, and got serious about the training. Firstly, both Justin and Carl are fantastic coaches (safe to assume the rest of the team are too, since Justin has very high standards). Having been through it themselves they know exactly what’s required physically to get results, but are excellent motivators too - sculpting the approach to different levels of ability, and helping track progress at every stage of the journey. They provide well-founded & sensible advice on nutrition and diet if required. The gym itself is a great space too, with top-notch equipment - I loved and hated ‘the sled’ in equal measure! Looking at the ‘Hall of Fame’ pics of other client transformations is a true motivator too. Can’t recommend Justin and Definition Body Coaching highly enough. A welcoming, friendly gym with the best trainers in the industry - they’ll really put you through your paces, and you’ll thank them for it!!

I have been around gyms and personal trainer's for 20+ years. Definition body coaching is one of the best I have experienced. Friendly and Professional team that knows how to get the best out of their clients. And great facilities. Can't thank them enough for all they have done and their hardwork. Highly recommended 👌

When I first started getting back into training I lacked a lot of confidence. Justin and his personal training services allowed to find that confidence again and along with a structured programme and tailored nutritional advice, I was able see fantastic results that I have managed to take forward with me in all aspects of my training. All I can say is thank you and what a fantastic level of client service. Such a brilliant and friendly experience that made training fun and exciting again.

Having run half and full marathons then swapping to road cycling I have always been fit aerobically with strong legs. I never had upper body strength so joined Justin, who coaches my wife, to get better core strength and posture. Only been going a few weeks so it is early days but Justin is focussing on exactly what I need and is a pleasure to train with on a one to one basis. Very friendly team and very welcoming atmosphere.
